Every kind of nutrition is important in food. Lacking

bloodashman. DHA is the English short form of docosahexaenoic
acid. It can soften blood vessel, nourish your mind and
improve your eyesight and its informal name is braingold.

in ω-3 unsaturated fatty acid. In 1970, after investigation,
two Danish doctors ensure that less residents of Greenland
have cardiac cerebral vascular disease than that of
Danish mainland. Greenland lies in the Arctic Ocean.
Eskimos in island rely mainly on halieutics and they
like fish. Because of coldness, it is hard for them
to have fresh fruits and vegetables. According to common
medicine sense, more animal fat and less fruits and
vegetables will cause cardiac cerebral vascular disease
and shorten their life. But just the reverse was true.
Eskimos are not only healthy, but it is hard to find
high blood pressure, coronary heat disease, cerebral
apoplexy, cerebral thrombus, rheumatoid arthritis and

fatty acid in some food. Then human body lack multi-
