Introduction |
Lignan
flax is secoisolarciresinol diglucoside (SDG), which is
a bioactive substance with the function of anticancer,
antivirotic and antioxidant. Research demonstrates that
if breast cancer and colon cancer patients take 75mg ligan
at the purity of more than 85% per day for tow months,
the tumour area of 70% patients will be decreased by 80%
and some will make reasonable recovery. Made from flax
cake, our invention studies to manufacture high-purity
lignan flax by extraction, separation, and purification.
Through the preference of extractive time and solvent
of the crude products of lignan flax, and the methods
and solvent of purification, we make high-purity lignan
flax which has more than 80% SDG. Our technique has declared
the National patent for invention in July, 2001. |

Only
US and our company have studied the extractive technique
of SDG and declared the patent for invention in the world.
The US purifies the extracted crude products of SDG by
the methods of chromatographic separation and preparation
chromatography, which have high extractive cost and cannot
realize industrial production. Through solvent extraction
separation and column of adsorbent purification, the technique
purifies the extracted crude products of SDG and accomplishes
the aim to industrially produce medical lignan flax at
low cost. Our invention of extractive technique surpasses
US and stands at an international advanced level. |
