Introduction |
¡¡Alpha-linolenic Acid(ALA) belongs
to ¦Ø-3 poly-unsaturated fatty acid. It has many benefits,
such as anti-inflammation, anti-congestion, anti-coagulation,
anti-heart-rate-variability, lowering blood lipids, promoting
flexibility of blood vessel, modulating nerve system and
promoting memory functions. Lack of ALA in diet becomes
a major factor of many chronic diseases like thick blood,

FAO co-announced to promote ALA in the whole world region.
